greek chicken salad sandwich

This is what we made for dinner tonight. It's our own little concoction that we came up with awhile back. We were feeling lazy and decided not to go to the grocery store today (spent most of the day cleaning the house & basement) so we had to use what we had in the house. Normally we would include a few more things in the recipe and use a different kind of bread but OH WELL.

Steps:
1. Boil chicken and shred
2. Saute onion and garlic
3. Add chicken and Greek dressing
4. Remove from heat and add feta cheese
5. Mix together and add in olives and mild peppers
6. Put on bread of choosing and you've got yourself a yummy Greek chicken salad sandwich.
*If adding lettuce, tomato, hummus - add this last as you put everything on the bread/pita.
7. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Shredded chicken
Greek dressing
Olives
Mild Peppers
Onion
Garlic
Feta cheese
Bread of your choosing (pita would probably be best!)

Not used today but could be added:
Lettuce
Tomato
Hummus

We never really measure when we make dinners... You basically just want to use enough of everything to make a chicken salad like concoction.
